Per cover fees mean the more successful you are, the more you pay for a bit of software. That never sat right with us. Nabsie is a flat price, and the free plan is free for good.
The free plan is a real plan, not a trial. Up to 50 bookings a month, every acceptance mode, emails and a staff login. It only shows a small "Powered by Nabsie" line.
Standard is for venues that outgrow the free limit or want push alerts to staff phones and emails from their own address. It is £14.99 a month, or £149 for the year. Pay monthly and cancel any time, or pay yearly and save.

Common questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It is a plan, not a trial. Up to 50 bookings a month, every acceptance mode, email confirmations and a staff login, for as long as you like. The only difference from paid plans is a small "Powered by Nabsie" line on your booking page and the monthly limit.
Do I need a website?
No. Every venue gets a booking page at its own link. Share it on Google, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or a QR code on the menu. If you do have a website, you can embed the booking page with one line.
Does it work outside the UK?
Yes. Nabsie is built in the UK and used by venues anywhere. Your booking page shows times in your own time zone, and any country works. Prices are in pounds sterling and cards from any country are fine.
What happens if I reach my monthly limit?
Going over once or twice does nothing: every booking still goes through, and we email you so you know. If you are over the limit for a third month in a row, new online bookings pause at the limit and your page tells guests online booking is full for the month but you may still have tables, and asks them to ring you. Your diary, your staff logins and every booking you already have carry on, and bookings your team types in are never blocked (on the Free plan they count towards the limit, on Standard and Pro they do not). Upgrade and it opens up straight away; the count resets on the first of the month.
How do staff get told about a booking?
By email on every plan, and on Standard and Pro by push notification to their phones through the installable staff app. A short beep plays when a request lands, and two big buttons accept or decline it.
Can I cancel?
Free has no term at all. Paid plans are monthly or yearly; cancel the renewal from your dashboard and you will not be charged again. Your bookings stay yours and you can export them.
