How to share your booking link and QR poster

Your booking link works anywhere a customer can tap or scan. Put it where they already look: your website, social pages, menus and the window.

Quick answer. In the left menu, under Booking page, click Share and embed. Press Copy to take your link, or Printable A5 poster for a QR code you can stick on the door and tables. Choosing your own short address needs Standard or above.

Pas à pas

  1. Open Share and embed. In the left menu, under Booking page, click Share and embed.
  2. Copy your link. Under Your booking link, press Copy. Press Open to see the page as a customer does.
  3. Choose your own address (Standard and above). Under Your booking address, type a short name such as the name of your pub, then press Save address. Use lower case letters, numbers and hyphens, 3 to 40 characters. You can only change it once every 30 days, so choose carefully and update any printed QR codes afterwards. On Free, this box is locked.
  4. Get your QR code. Under QR code, press Download PNG for a normal picture with your venue name underneath, or Download SVG for printers who want it at any size.
  5. Print the poster. Press Printable A5 poster. It opens a poster that says "Scan here", with your QR code, link, venue name, address and phone number. Press Print this poster.
  6. Put it where people look. Good places: your website, Facebook page, Instagram bio, Google listing, menus, table talkers and the window.

The QR code points at your booking link, so if you change your address later, print a new one.
