Your first login: the welcome page and setup steps

The first time you log in, Nabsie walks you through setup one page at a time. It takes about ten minutes, and you can come back and change anything later.

Quick answer. You start on the Welcome page, where you choose a plan (Free needs no card). Then eight pages follow in order: opening hours, tables, turn times, booking rules, notifications, email sending, booking page look, and share and embed. Use a PC or laptop if you can.

The welcome page

It lists the steps and has Step 1: choose your plan. Click to start on Free and decide later, or pick a paid plan. You can upgrade any time. See pricing.

The eight setup pages

  1. Opening hours
  2. Tables
  3. Turn times
  4. Booking rules
  5. Notifications
  6. Email sending
  7. Booking page look
  8. Share and embed

A bar at the top shows Step 1 of 8 and so on. Your venue address, postcode and phone are asked for first if they are missing. Every setting has a ? circle that explains it in plain English. If you stop halfway, log in later and carry on where you left off.

If you get stuck

Use the Ask Nabsie button in the bottom corner, or open a support ticket from Help.

Step by step

  1. Log in. You land on the Welcome page. On a phone, it works but a computer is easier for tables.
  2. Choose your plan, or click Start on Free, decide later.
  3. Fill in your venue details if asked, then click Save and carry on.
  4. Work through each setup page and save to move to the next.
  5. On the last page, copy your booking link and QR poster.
  6. Make a test booking yourself to see what customers see.
