أسئلة شائعة
What is the difference between Pending and Checking?
Both mean the booking is waiting for you. Pending is a normal request. Checking is a live check, where the customer is waiting on the page for a quick answer.
Does marking a no show charge the customer?
Not by itself. If you take card holds with Deposits and the booking has a hold on it, you will see a Charge button on that booking. That is a separate step you choose.
Can I see who the customer is?
Yes. On an open booking, press Guest profile to see their past visits. Guest profiles need Standard.
Do I have to mark everyone as arrived?
No, but it keeps your records right and helps the Floor plan. If you never do, the after visit email has a tick box to send anyway.
