Your My growth panel: posts, replies and activity
My growth is the one page that shows how your marketing is going. Posts waiting for you, replies left, your packs and everything we have done are all in one place.
Posts waiting for your OK
If you have chosen to check posts first, an orange box tells you how many posts are waiting. Press Check now to read them. You can approve a post, edit it, ask for changes or skip it. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Change requests
Ask for changes on a post, and tell us what you would like different. We rewrite it and put it back in front of you.
How your posts work
Under each pack you will see how posts work. Let me check posts first means you see each one first. Leave it with us means we write and post for you. Press Change to switch any time.
Replies left and bundles
The tiles show posts put live this month, review replies this month, reply credits left and your next renewal. We reply to your Google reviews for you, and each reply takes one credit off. Press Buy more to buy a reply bundle. Bundles never expire.
Activity
Recent posts and What has happened list everything we do for your venue, so you can always see the work.

- Open My growth. Choose My growth in your dashboard.
- Check posts waiting. Press Check now on the orange box.
- Approve, change or skip. Choose what suits each post.
- Look at your tiles. See replies left and reply credits.
- Choose how posts work. Press Change to choose between checking posts first or leaving it with us.
- Read the activity. Recent posts and What has happened show all the work.

Why do I not see an orange box?
You only see it when posts are waiting for you. If you chose Leave it with us, we post for you and nothing waits.
Can I change my mind about checking posts?
Yes. Press Change under your pack and pick the other option.
Do reply credits expire?
No. Every reply takes one off, and bundles never expire.
