How to set your venue name, address and phone number
These are the basics customers see: who you are, where you are and how to ring you. Get them right once and they appear on your booking page and in every confirmation email.
What each box does
- Venue name: shown on your booking page and in emails.
- Type: the kind of place you are, chosen from a list.
- Contact email: replies from customers come here.
- Phone: shown to customers. It also appears if online booking is ever full or paused.
- Address and postcode: the street and town go in the address box and the postcode in its own box. They are shown in confirmation emails.
Who can change it?
The owner can. A staff login can too, but only if the owner has ticked Venue settings for them. See staff accounts and access.
What about photos?
There is no photo gallery on this page. Your logo and colour are set under Booking page look: see booking page look. Your booking address (the web link) is changed under Share and embed, not here.
