How to find a booking fast
A guest rings and cannot remember the name it was under. Search finds it in seconds.
Quick answer. Open Bookings, type a name, phone number, email or reference in the search box, and press Enter.
Search
The search box finds names, phone numbers, emails and booking references. A few letters is enough.
Filters
Pick a date, a status like pending or cancelled, or switch between upcoming and past bookings.
Export and print
Under the search box are Export links for this list, all bookings and customers. For a printed list for the shift, open the Table list for the day.
Passo a passo
- Open Bookings. From the menu.
- Type in the search box. A name, phone, email or reference.
- Filter if needed. By date or status.
- Open the booking. Press Open.
