How to move a booking to another table, or join two tables
A party grows from four to six, or a guest wants the window seat. You can move a booking to a different table, or push two tables together, in a few taps.
Moving a booking to another table
Open the booking and look for the Table box. Pick a free table from the list and press Move. Tables that are already taken at that time are greyed out, so you cannot double book by accident. The move is noted in the booking history.
Joining two tables for a bigger party
Under Join with a second table, pick the table that sits next to theirs and press Join tables. Both tables are held for that party for the whole booking. If the party shrinks, press Split tables and the second table is free again.
On the floor plan
On the floor plan, tap the booked table. Choose Move to to pick another table, or Join with to add a second one. The floor plan is on the Standard plan and above, but the Table box on the booking page is there on every plan.

- Open the booking. Open the booking from Bookings or the day view and scroll to the Table box.
- Move it. Pick a free table under Move to another table and press Move. Taken tables are greyed out.
- Join a second table. For a bigger party, pick a table under Join with a second table and press Join tables.
- Split again. Press Split tables if the party shrinks. The second table is free again.
- Or use the floor plan. On the Floor plan, tap the booked table and choose Move to or Join with.
