Running a pub with ordering from the table

Build the menu

Go to Menu. Add a section, such as Starters, Mains or Drinks, and choose who makes it: Kitchen or Bar. Add items with a price, a Diet label, allergens, and sizes or choices if you need them. Press Add the starter drinks list to get a bar menu in one go.

Connect a way to get paid

Go to Order and Pay under Booking page. Under Getting paid, connect Stripe, PayPal, SumUp or Square. Money goes straight to your own account. Ordering cannot take orders until one of them is connected.

Choose how people order

Under How people order, tick Eat in (order at the table), Collection or Delivery. Choose One per table or One for the whole venue for QR codes. Tick Ask if they would like to add a tip if you want it.

Switch it on and print the codes

Tick Switch ordering on, press Save, then use the link to print your table QR codes. Orders appear on the Orders screen, and the Kitchen screen (Pro) shows what each side needs to make.

Allergens and age checks

Tick the allergens on each item. Age checks for alcohol and your licensing rules stay with you and your staff, so check with your licensing authority if unsure.

2. Open Order and Pay. Choose Order and Pay from the Booking page group.
3. Connect payments. Under Getting paid, connect Stripe, PayPal, SumUp or Square.
4. Pick how people order. Tick Eat in, Collection or Delivery, and choose your QR code style.
5. Switch ordering on. Tick Switch ordering on and press Save.
6. Print the QR codes. Use the Print table QR codes link and put them on the tables.
